We work with our clients and their providers to help improve patient outcomes. We do this in a number of ways! We review client medications, we provide medication awareness to the whole care team, we have courses for the healthcare team to improve medication awareness and we consult and educate on Medication policy and procedures, this includes Antimicrobial stewardship, antipsychotic management, reporting and monitoring.
